Bus Routes and a pedestrianized Loughborough town centre

Next regular ABC Meeting:

Tuesday 10th September 7 – 9pm

John Storer House, Ward’s End, Loughborough

 “Bus Routes and a pedestrianized Loughborough town centre: three possible outcomes / scenarios”

Tom Morgan, General Manager, Kinchbus, Loughborough will give a presentation on the implications for buses of a pedestrianised town centre.

He will speak about the 3 options to be consulted on, how the bus companies are likely to react and how the bus user will be affected.  Terry Kirby from Campaign for Better Transport will also be present.

The next meeting following this one is on Tuesday 8th October when Terry Kirby will hope to lead a discussion on the future of bus services following a County Council meeting on 12th September.

Further Autumn meeting dates are: 12th November and 10th December.  All meetings start at 7pm at John Storer House.
